Before production
Plan
Receive and reconfirm an approved recipe, then plan volume, duration, finish time and registered-gas sufficiency.
Vinalchemy systems
Would it be unreasonable to expect the wine approved in the laboratory to be reproduced at winery scale?
The 600x series provides one controlled route. Develop and taste the treatment on the VL250, approve the endpoint, then transfer the approved digital recipe to the V6000 for repeatable production.
Your wine. Your approval. Repeated at scale.
Patent-granted technology
Laboratory system
Start with the winery’s actual wine
Use the VL250 to create controlled comparative samples, test different settings and review the result through the winery’s own sensory and analytical process. Nothing moves to scale until the winemaker approves the endpoint.

Winery-production system
That is the job of the V6000. Before the run, the operator reconfirms the wine, approved recipe, gas, calibration, input speed and planned volume. During production, live status, safeguards and records keep execution visible, controlled and traceable.

Before production
Receive and reconfirm an approved recipe, then plan volume, duration, finish time and registered-gas sufficiency.
During production
Follow live status, permitted adjustment, measured-gas checks, alerts and protective stops.
After and throughout
Retain batch, run, gas, sample and process history for the approved programme.
Actual throughput depends on the wine, approved programme and installed configuration.

A scalable platform
Individual system
Up to 6.00 L/min or approximately 9,000 litres per 24 hours under its stated conditions.
Additional Range
360–1,800 L/h, approximately 40,000 litres per day at the upper stated rate.
Bespoke Systems
Other systems up to 6,000 L/h, approximately 150,000 litres per day, with custom designs for increased capacity.
These are individual-system, broader-series and other/custom capacity statements. They are not interchangeable specifications.
A wine-specific starting point
The right system starts with the winery, not a generic specification. We consider the wines to be assessed, target throughput, operating plan, available services, receiving capacity and preferred purchase or rental arrangement, then identify an appropriate system route.
