When you contact Vinalchemy, you may provide your name, contact details, winery information and information about your enquiry. It is used to respond, discuss a trial or assessment, and keep appropriate business records.

You can ask what personal information Vinalchemy holds about you, request a correction, or ask that information no longer needed for the business relationship be deleted, subject to legal record-keeping duties.
