Winery FAQs
Vinalchemy is patent-granted winery technology combining controlled wine flow, precision gas delivery, continuous optical monitoring, saved recipes and connected status reporting.
The winemaker. The actual wine is tested on the VL250, reviewed and refined before a treatment is approved for production.
The approved treatment is saved as a digital recipe. On a connected installation, it is made available to the V6000, where the operator reconfirms the wine, recipe, gas, calibration, input speed and planned volume before running.
The approved options are 1.4%, 1.75% and 2.0% oxygen in nitrogen. The selected gas and settings are wine- and recipe-specific.
The V6000 runs at up to 6.00 L/min, or up to approximately 9,000 litres per 24 hours, depending on the wine, programme and installed configuration. Wider 600x-series and other-system capacities are separate range statements.
The approved language includes smooth unattended and controlled autonomous running. This means operation within a prepared and monitored plan, with live status, safeguards, alerts and a site responder able to act on prompts.
No. Responses vary by wine, vintage, condition and selected programme. That is why the process begins with the actual wine and the winemaker’s own approval.
Purchase and rental routes are available. The appropriate configuration and commercial arrangement depend on the winery, throughput, operating conditions and contract.
